What are my shipping & delivery options?

At The Social Berry, we prioritize efficient shipping and partner with DHL and Royal Mail to manage all our shipments. 

All delivery times and dates provided are given in good faith and serve as estimates. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

How long is the order processing time?

Most orders are processed as soon as the online purchase is finalised. Your order will be shipped once your order is confirmed. Please be aware that we don't ship on bank holidays and weekends.

How can I track my order?

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once we fullfill your order.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, our shipping services cater to customers in the UK and Ireland, USA and most European countries.

IMPORTANT: In the event that you are unable to receive the parcel during the carrier's final attempt, it will be returned to the carrier's depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such case, you will be liable for reshipment costs and any other costs related to customs & VAT (if applicable).

The Social Berry is not responsible for any customs charges that may apply. Please be aware of the customs fees before making your purchase. We're a UK-based company, and our pieces are proudly crafted in China by a trusted manufacturing partner. Despite recent tariff changes in the USA, we remain committed to this partnership. We believe in building lasting relationships — standing by our makers through both the good times and the challenges.

If you refuse to pay the customs charge, we will not refund the shipping cost or the customs charge once the parcel is returned to us. Please ensure you are aware of the  charges before completing your purchase.
