Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All of our products undergo thorough quality control before shipment, and we take great pride in crafting clothing of exceptional quality. 

Returns

All returns must be sent by post within fourteen (14) days of the receipt date and must be communicated prior by email. Returns must be sent with a tracking code.

Returned items should be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Please do not remove the long fabric label (ribbon). If you do so, we will not be able to accept your return.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you choose to return your parcel.

Return Process

To begin the return process, please email our customer service team at hello@thesocialberry.store and we will provide you further information about the return. 

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return - we call this the decision email.

If your return is approved, we will proceed with your refund.

Your refund will be processed within seven (7) days after our confirmation of receipt of the item(s) and decision email. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for the payment to be credited to your bank account.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. 

A £5 processing fee will be charged for the refund.

Exchanges Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item you no longer wish to keep. You're responsible for the shipping costs for these orders. 

Changes To This Policy

The Social Berry reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
